600 key all-suite hotel tower with unique open air concept for main public areas, including two signature restaurants, a pool club experience with 22 luxury beach cabanas and gaming pavilion. This includes a state-of-the-art night club venue designed with Jeffery Beers, and 12,000 sq ft addition to Atlantis Casino.

Aquaventure, a highly themed 30-acre, state-of-the-art water experience with rapids, wave river, water roller coasters, a

100-foot tall slide structure, three F&B outlets, lagoon style pools & a kid’s play area, plus an 11-acre inland lagoon for dolphin encounters.

The Residences, a 495 key condo hotel tower, was also constructed adjacent to the Cove Hotel.
